I suppose this post is a little late, given the first day of the new year is over half over already. Oh well, I didn't get to bed until after 5am, woke up a little before noon, and the words are finally coming to me.

So, 2009. You provided some good memories, some loss, and has really just been a roller coaster of thrills. Or something. It was a good year for gaming. School has been rough, both semesters of the year. Lets hope 2010 is better.

But we all know about all that, why rehash it? On to the new news!

2009 went out with a bang, so to speak. What I mean by that, is I spent the last hour of 2009 and the first couple hours of 2010 in a hospital. A friend had a bad night due to asthma, alcohol and a seizure. I won't go into details and she's alright, but damn, what a way to end the year and bring in the new.

On to better things! Just over a week left of break, and then back to school. Work schedule is horrendous this year, but that's what happens when you're pursuing a degree and there are only four other people in your class, and your core classes are offered at one time slot, period. Oh well, it'll be a fun seventeen weeks of life, or at least I hope.

Now, I had some plans for today, but I think I might scrap them, and just go play some Dragon Age: Origins.

So long 2009. It was fun while it lasted, but good riddance. Welcome 2010, its a new decade of awesome. Lets have a blast.
